My name is Jen, new mompreneur of Phaw’s Boutique. I am married with two fun, loving, busy kids. I have a 4 ½ year old daughter and a 15 month old son. I'm so excited to jump on the Etsy bandwagon!

I’ve always had a passion for crafting and creating items from scratch, in the recent year my daughter has started to enjoy getting dressed up, doing her hair and putting on her fake makeup. She loves headbands and putting bows and clips in her hair, as many as she can fit sometimes and she is also currently obsessed with the colour pink. It started to become increasingly difficult to find items that she liked and worked with her thick curly hair.

While searching for ideas that I could do at home for her, I came across these great elastic ribbon options to create hair ties and decided to try them out and quickly fell in love with them! I too have thick curly hair and finding something that would hold everything in and not having to be adjusted multiple times a day was impossible…until now. And not only are these hair ties cute they are super comfortable and won’t crease or damage your hair and make a fun stylish accessory for your wrist.

I haven’t been this happy with a hair tie in a long time, and although this wasn’t my original idea I’m glad to have gone this route first. I do have more ideas in the pipeline to expand Phaw’s Boutique so keep a look out for new items coming soon, along with some upcoming giveaways!
I hope my current customers are as happy with their new hair ties as I am, and I’m looking forward to expanding and meeting new customers.

I ship via Canada Post. Almost all my packages will go light or small package (USA and International) and letter mail (Canada) which is the most economical for my customers. However this does not provide me with a tracking number. If you would like to have your package tracked and insured, please contact me before buying as it is a bit more. Please note that any orders from Friday to Sunday will ship out Monday. 

Please note that items are coming from Canada and I cannot mail items on Canadian Statutory Holidays when the post office is closed.

I will gladly accept returns if you are not happy. I will not refund shipping charges on any returns and it is up to the buyer to pay any shipping to return item.
