*Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your country’s Post System and other factors out of my control like customs declarations and Holidays or peak season.
If you have placed an order around the Holidays, please allow extra time for your item to arrive. Shipping during the Holidays or peak season may result in delayed parcels due to the increase in Post activity.

*Shipping to the USA

When we are NOT in Holidays or Peak Season, I’ve noticed that the packages sent via regular mail to the USA take about 2 weeks or 3 weeks tops. Rarely, there are cases with a delay that takes up to 2 months (it’s usually because of customs).

*Shipping Method

I have 3 shipping methods: 1) Standard Regular Mail: shipping costs low and affordable for everyone. This means that tracking will be inaccurate and arrive up to 2 months.
2) Upgrade shipping-local mail: Arrives half the time than regular shipping
3) Upgrade DHL: way faster, more expensive and has a super detailed and accurate tracking. Warranty to deliver.

**If you choose standard shipping please note that I can’t be held responsible for any mail losses and that bending or damaging may occur during transit even though I’ve take meassures to prevent it.

Occasionally, please check the tracking history. There are some local post offices that may hold international packages until you pick it up in person.

Lost or delayed Items during transit

Sadly I don’t do any type of refund or product replacement in case of a lost parcel on the Mail. I can’t be held responsible for other countries mail systems flaws.

I am a new artist starting a small business, as you can see, my shop is very small and I can’t afford such expenses when is not even my fault. I am hoping once my little business expands to be able to help more on this cases.

Packaging

All my items are sent in a box wrapped in yellow paper due to local post office regulations.

Note: I have to attach the customs declaration form outside of the package, so the price of your order would be visible even if its marked as a gift. I cannot skip that process.
