Doctor Who - Grow Your Own Doctor Kit

I saw this hand-made "Grow Your Own Doctor" kit and decided that I would love one for myself, but I don't have the skills or access to the craft items to make it myself.

So I would like someone to create a graphic on firm paper or card, using different images than what is on the example picture, I can provide links to sample images.

Then add a small hand off an action figure or tiny doll (I may have a spare one from my Enterprise action figure) to a clear glass bottle, the same type of bottle as in the example image.

Fill the little bottle (including hand) with some sort of liquid, preferably green like in the example image but not something that will stain the hand. Then attach the bottle to the card somehow.

The deadline is Feb 14th 2009, meaning they should be completed and sent to me to arrive on that date, but I am willing to extend the due date if you require more time.
