As many of our products are made from natural yarns, such as wool, merino wool and wool blends, and high quality acrylic, we recommend care to be taken when washing.

Hand wash in cold water (or gentle machine wash for blankets and knitwear) and dried flat in the shade is recommended. Avoid soaking, excessive detergent and fabric softener. Do not iron, bleach or tumble dry.

All items come with a tag. Gift wrapping available on request.

All orders are packaged securely in mailer envelope, parcel pack or box to keep your purchase safe.

Your parcel will be sent to your address listed with Etsy. Please check this address carefully so your parcel arrives safe and sound.

Parcels are sent via regular post and time frames vary depending on its destination. Items will be shipped within 2 business days of the completion of your product. This option does not include tracking.

If you would like to upgrade to express post (with tracking), please let us know and we will amend the shipping price.

If for any reason your package doesn't arrive, please contact us. As recommended by Australia Post, we are unable to consider a parcel lost until 30 days from the date of shipping.
