We all know how hard moms work taking care of their families, but sometimes moms seem to forget that it’s important to also take care of themselves.  Moms need to remember take some time for themselves and spend it doing things that are good for them and that they enjoy.  Stuff like taking a yoga class, meeting a friend for lunch, going to the spa or visiting a local museum…all without the kids in tow.
