Thanks to all who attended last Friday’s community chat. As promised, I have a compiled relevant links and resources to be used in educating yourself, spreading the word, and taking action around the CPSIA. I willl be updating this document from time to time, and will be sure to post updates as they arise.

I have not included a section on proposed exemptions at this point, as I am awaiting confirmation from the CPSC on where we stand exactly. I will update the document as soon as I hear back.

General Agenda for Tuesday’s Meeting:

1. Briefing/Update on the CPSIA and the CPSC - To the best of my ability, I will discuss, in layman’s terms, what the law says, and where it stands now.

2. The CPSIA Action Kit - Links, resources, contacts. Everything you need to get involved.

3. The CPSIA and Etsy – Where we stand and what we know.
