Olivia Pintos-Lopez and Christine Visneau began Small Magazine together in 2006.  Small is a free online magazine featuring independent children’s design with beautifully photographed fashion spreads, book reviews, commissioned artwork and smartly curated selections of clothing, toys and decor. They paired up and started Small as they dreamed of providing a quality publication to give exposure to independent designers and to collect, commission and curate work from their favorite small-scale makers and artists. Also be sure to check out Smaller, their web journal of ideas and inspiration.

Right from the beginning we have always featured many Etsy designers, artists, illustrators and products, so we spend a lot of time looking through all the amazing work on this site and hand picking items to feature in future issues.
