Today’s Guest Curators are Marc and Sara Schiller of the Wooster Collective. Their mission is to discover and document authentic art experiences through salons, publishing, gallery shows, and of course, their website. They live in downtown Manhattan and have been documenting and enjoying the street art in their neighborhood and around the world for the past eight years. Their latest endeavor is the launch of Meet at the Apartment, an evocative meeting-space for executive meetings and brainstorms located in the Soho district of Manhattan.

Eco Friendly Frame by buckscountyframes
We’re strong believers in buying handmade art, not posters. We often purchase art from the artists out on the street in Soho. We’ve met artists from Argentina, England and, of course, NYC. Make sure when you buy a piece that you frame it in an original frame too. It will look amazing. This eco-friendly frame is perfect.

Plump Oyster Comics, Book 6 by plumppyster
We’ve always collected zines. We love little drawings and stories, even if they don’t always make sense. It’s the whimsical nature of zines that keeps us spending a couple bucks to pick them up. The comics by Plump Oyster look terrific.

Recycled Coffee Sleeve Cozy by claudiasburningink
We’re really excited by all of the guerrilla knitting that goes on all over the world. Artists and activists are knitting cozies for lampposts, fire hydrants, street signs, as well as knitting mittens and scarves for statues. These coffee cup cozies reminded us of this movement — and they’re eco-friendly too.

Space Invaders Beer Cozy by knitrovert
Knitters and videogamers unite! This Space Invader cozy is just what a geek needs to keep his or her beer cold. It also reminds us of one of our favorite street artists: Invader.

Finest Women’s Merino Wool Fingerless Gloves by craftyjade
Inspired by our friend, the photographer and filmmaker Sam Bassett, fingerless gloves are all the rage this season. We loved these!

Order Chinese Blue Floral by rubyslounge
We love the convergence of design and art. This wallpaper deer is the perfect item: it takes wonderful classic wallpaper and brings it to life. (We like her avatar photo too!)

Mega-Bytes Finger Puppets (Set of 3) by TheHookery
Our daughter Samantha loves puppets. She screams with delight as they emerge from behind our backs. These beautiful hand-made puppets from TheHookery make perfect baby gifts!

Guerrilla Gardening Seed Bombs by luckymonkey
These seed bombing bags are the perfect gift for creative activists. As it says in the store, “Just throw a seed bomb anywhere they might grow (especially desolate and neglected areas) and watch wildflowers bloom!”

Abaci Blak – Coffee Table by mstrf
We recently designed a new business called Meet at the Apartment, and the decor is black on black. This coffee table would look beautiful in the space. Functional too.

Valentine’s Day Treats – Peanut Butter Bones by 3DogsAndAChick
We’re mad about our pup, Hudson. She is nine years old and we spoil her all the time — especially now that we have baby Samantha. 3DogsAndAChick have made the perfect Valentine gift for Hudson.

Nesting Wall Graphic by ellynelly
We love all the wall vinyls. We’re constantly buying and putting up new decals. We loved this one because the birds reminded us of our favorite images by Dan Witz.
Not enough Wooster Collective for one day? We didn’t think so! Stop by their website and take a look-see at their latest project, Meet at the Apartment.
