Come Stencil Postcards With Ed Roth at Etsy Labs

Before I launch into the details of our next Craft Night, I wanted to give a big shout-out to Heidi Kenney from My Paper Crane and everyone who joined us at Craft Night this past Monday to inaugurate our brand new 7th floor space and Magnolia photo booth, while making truly spectacular valentines for the Special Delivery project. It was an evening of great creative energy and so lovely to have you all back!

On Monday, February 7, stencil master Ed Roth from Stencil1 will be teaching us how to make stenciled wooden valentines. We will again be collecting cards for Citymeals-on-Wheels, as part of the Special Delivery project. Ed with also have on hand some of his Stencil 101 Stationery Kits.

Ed Roth started his company, Stencil1, in Brooklyn, NY in 2004. Stencil1 designs and sells laser-cut reusable stencils inspired by stencil graffiti, with imagery ranging from urban and eclectic to nature-inspired. The company’s aesthetic lies somewhere between street art and decorative arts. So, please do stop by during Craft Night to say hello, see the new space, take a picture in the new photo booth and craft for a good cause!
