Etsy Team Grants: April Winners Announced

It is with great pride that I introduce you to the amazing April Team Grant winners! Read on for a description of their upcoming projects.

One of a Kind Alabama Crafts is using the money to help subsidize the monthly craft shows that they will be hosting every Saturday through the rest of this year. Using the grant funding to help defray costs will enable more vendors to afford the cost of travel to the event. Love that team spirit! Prayers on a Wire and Crochet Originals are both purchasing supplies, like yarn and postage, for team challenges. Brocante Lux Market will be promoting their monthly event in St. Catherine’s, Ontario. In a similar vein, Strawberry Swing Indie Craft Fair will be publicizing their eponymous event which is scheduled to take place in Kansas City on July 10. The Friends of the Chicago Craft Mafia are purchasing tote bags to be screenprinted by an Etsy seller and given away during their 9th annual DIY Trunk Show on November 19. Etsy Team Columbus will be taking out a print advertisement in some local newspapers to spread the word about the fantastic Eco-Chic Craftacular which is an alternative, curated show featuring over 70 independent artists, eco-friendly demonstrations and live performers.

Etsy Team Grants are awarded on a monthly basis to provide creative, energetic and dedicated teams with financial assistance. The money can be used to subsidize team advertising, fund participation in events, host promotions or as a meeting stipend. Our goal is to have teams be successful and spread the Etsy love.
