Members of Etsy Teams continue to support one another in this busy shopping season with events in their local communities and online promotional projects. Etsy is proud to honor the following outstanding teams with funding towards ongoing and upcoming projects.

Etsy Team Columbus is finalizing plans to move into a cooperative studio space where they can create together, increase exposure in their community, host meetings, classes, and trunk shows. Craftville is a not-for-profit organization based in Nashville. They aim to open a permanent location to house “a creative gymnasium of specialized workshops and workspaces open to the public through an affordable fee.”

The Buzzing Beaders Team is working with three other Etsy teams to present a special holiday-inspired promotional giveaway. Artists for Animals is a team of sellers who donate a portion of their sales to animal rescue. They’ll use their funding to purchase business cards and signage to represent their entire team and cause during a local event. The EtsyChai Jewish Team is happy to host a special Hanukkah promotion and collaborate on group advertising.

The Baltimore Area Etsy Team is developing their first craft bazaar and will host a free community craft table to encourage attendees to take part in the craft fun! The Festivalet Team successfully hosted their fourth holiday fair in Barcelona, which involved artists from all over Europe. Check out photos of the event on Flickr.

etsyRAIN featured 55 members in their third annual Handmade Holiday Show, which took place on November 26 and 27. The Hudson Valley Team is hosting a pop-up shop for the entire winter season in Pine Bush, NY. Find out more on their team blog.

Etsy Team Grants are awarded on a monthly basis to provide creative, energetic and dedicated teams with financial assistance. The money can be used to subsidize team advertising, fund participation in events, host promotions or as a meeting stipend. Our goal is to have teams be successful and spread the Etsy love.
