I ship after completion of payment and usually within the production time estimate stated in the listing and transaction. Sometimes I have many orders queued up and I might need a day or two extra. If you need your order prior to a certain date, please let me know.
In most cases your order has to go through customs control. As much as I would like you to receive your package soon, I cannot speed the transition through customs control and I am not responsible for related delays. Postal service disruptions can also happen and are also outside my responsibility.
Please fill in the correct recipient address. I am not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address submitted at check out. I can change the recepient address only prior to shipping.
My shipping prices are uniform for all over the world, so EVERYWHERE ELSE includes EU, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.
If at the time of shipping I see that shipping turned out more than USD2 cheaper than what you paid, I will issue a partial refund for you. This may happen for example if you have purchased two 10.5 inch dolls and paid double shipping but the two dolls fit into the shipping price category for one doll.
I ship your order priority class, classified as OTHER on the customs declaration (used to ship outside EU). This takes on average 10 work days to get to you (US), 3-4 work days (EU) and 14 business days to the rest of the world.
A Pingvini order comes wrapped economically in paper and plastic - recycled or reusable. Pingvini items are not fragile and therefore are not wrapped in materials that unnecessarily increase waste and shipping costs.
Is your purchase a GIFT? I can place it an organic cotton gift bag, handmade especially to fit the Pingvini item you purchase. Gift wrap is optional at check out.
I will also gladly add your greeting message to your order. If you have one and you haven't specified it at check out, please write to me as soon as possible.
Please note that it is obligatory that all packages sent outside the EU carry a customs declaration on the front of the package, stating the contents and their price. This is unavoidable, because if the declaration is missing, your package risks being detained by Customs or even destroyed.
In the unfortunate event that the package gets lost, we'll need to discuss what feels most appropriate.
