Express shipping options are available for all destinations. Please contact me for pricing. If you need your order by a certain date, please send me a message, or simply add a note at checkout.

Tracking is included for all Canadian parcels (except small items sent by lettermail). Tracking is not available on Standard USA or International packages; it is available with Expedited or Express service.

If your package has not yet arrived and it is past the estimated delivery date, please let me know and I will follow up with Canada Post. You can also check with your local post office and/or customs border agency to see if the package is on hold for any reason.

Combining several items in one package is a great way to save on shipping costs. Estimated combined shipping prices have been included in each listing, but I can offer you a more accurate rate by quoting your order individually. Just send me a message with the items you're interested in, and I'll calculate the combined shipping cost.

*I always refund the difference if I have overcharged for combined shipping.*

Layaway service is available for orders over $100. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required, and the balance must be paid within 45 days on a schedule to be arranged in advance. The item(s) will be shipped once paid in full. There is a 5% fee for layaway service.

If you are unsure about sizing or how an item will fit, please contact me and we'll work together to make sure you have all the information you need to guarantee a perfect fit. Alterations are also available for most garments.

Alteration service is available for most garments. Please contact me with your measurements, and I will check to see what adjustments are possible. Cost is generally $10-20 depending on the amount of work needed.

We are located in Montréal. We welcome in-person tryers and buyers at our home studio near Côte-Vertu metro.
