We understand that you were disappointed in your purchase as you thought you were buying a live orchid plant instead of an orchid photography print. As you may have noticed already, we are a store that sells photography prints and greeting cards, and not live plants. However, we are reaching out to see if you would like to receive a refund on your purchase as we would be very happy to refund the amount you spent on your purchase. Please contact us in a timely manner as to whether you would like to receive a refund on your order.

The "CA" in our name House of Serendipity CA stands for the fact that we are a business that has its roots in Canada and is located in Canada.
Do you accept and take international orders?
Currently, we accept orders from Canada and the United States of America.
What are the processing and turnaround times for your products?
The turnaround and processing times for products are as follows:
Greeting Cards, Postcards, Quote Cards - 2 to 3 business days
Photography Prints: 5x7, 8x10, 8x12 and 11x14 inches - 2 to 3 business days
Photography Prints: 12x18 inches and larger: 5 to 8 business days
Custom Photo Prints Sets: 7 to 9 business days
What is your shipping policy for domestic (Canada) and international (U.S.A.) orders?
GREETING CARDS, POSTCARDS, QUOTE CARDS
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post within 2 to 3 business days after we have received payment for the order. In order to lower shipping costs, we now offer standard shipping via Canada Post which is the most cost-effective shipping method. However, please note that tracking information is not included in this shipping method. If your order is a time sensitive one or you require tracking information, please select the “Expedited Parcel” shipping option at checkout.
PHOTOGRAPHY PRINTS
All orders for fine art photography prints will be shipped via Canada Post with expedited shipping. Tracking information will be included in the order.
What is your Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy for stationery products?
GREETING CARDS, POSTCARDS, QUOTE CARDS, CARD SETS -
We take pride in our products and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept returns and refunds on items that are unopened, unused and in its original condition. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order in order to process your return. Buyers will be responsible for all return shipping postage costs. We will refund the buyer the cost of the item once we have received the returned products. Shipping costs (both the original and return shipping costs) will not be covered in the refund. We currently do not accept exchanges on these items.

We will accept returns, refunds and exchanges on photo prints that are 11x14 inches and smaller that are unopened, unused and in its original condition. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order in order to process your return. Buyers will be responsible for all return shipping postage costs. For returns and refunds, we will refund the buyer the cost of the item once we have received the returned products. Shipping costs (both the original and return shipping costs) will not be covered in the refund.

Items Damaged During Shipping
Any stationery or photography prints damaged during shipping will be replaced at no extra charge. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will then make arrangements to have a replacement sent to you at no extra cost.
