When will my order ship?
Ready to ship items leave our studio in 3-7 days. For made to order items please allow up to 3 weeks for production. Each piece is carefully handcrafted for you.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We do take custom orders or alterations to our regular designs as well. We can talk about your ideas and elaborate from there.
I'm on a rush. what can I do?
Please contact us prior to placing your order. We offer rush service and shipping upgrade options to make sure you receive your pieces on time.
Custom and personalized orders
Since we are a small shop with small inventory we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please carefully check images and descriptions. We are also available to help or assist you with your questions.
