For example the listing will have "custom order" or "made to order" in the title or description, or may have personalization options available to pick from when adding the item to your cart! If an item is customizable, please include lots of details on what you want in the notes section when checking out! Or send me a message before ordering so we can discuss options and what I can do for you!

I am an artist, and not a manufacturer unfortunately. I cannot afford to produce large quantities at cost, because the main cost to most of my product is my time. If you are looking to commission a design or some artwork for you or your company to produce, please message me! Please specify that you are looking for a commercial product when inquiring about a commission.
My resin and polymer clay items are made and sculpted by hand... it takes a lot of time 😰 I already sell my items for fairly cheap, and it’s not fair to try and make myself work to produce large quantities for 1-2$ an hour. Please be understanding of this.
I do have prints and stickers available in bulk for a discount, please message me!

Sizing on prints and stickers are based on measurements provided by the manufacturer, not actual measurements taken myself (I unfortunately don’t have the time to sit down and measure every sticker) and are taken at the widest/tallest points of the sticker if they are die cut (cut to shape). Measurements for stickers are provided in Canadian millimetres for accuracy, and measurements for prints are provided in American inches for accessibility/simplicity. Sorry for any confusion! If you are looking for the size of an item, please see the photos for references, and the description for more information! Please keep in mind most of my items are on the smaller side.

Care instructions vary for different types of items, and will be provided in the description of the item, as well as a small write up shipped with the item! If you’re unsure of anything or have any questions, feel free to send me a message.
My stickers are high quality, durable vinyl. They’re waterproof, heat proof and scratch proof! They’re not invincible (nothing is) but they are surprisingly durable! Holographic stickers are NOT as heat proof as their matte vinyl counterparts- they will melt and warp if exposed to excess heat
Polymer clay items are made from scratch, by hand. I do everything I can to make them as tough and durable as possible! But they’re not invincible or factory made and should be handled with care.

I'm happy to help you make their gift an extra special surprise! Please make sure to put the recipients address in when ordering, or it will default to your last used address! If you want to include a message to the receiver please include it in the notes when ordering! (And please forgive me if I forget… sometimes packing orders gets very hectic >w

Please be aware that we have all been experiencing shipping delays for quite some time. I know it's frustrating, but it's out of our hands! A lot of the items in my shop are shipped via lettermail, oversized lettermail, or small packet shipping. These shipping services are inexpensive, but they have much longer shipping times as a result! If you want faster, tracked shipping, please select that at checkout or message me about adding tracking. I cannot track items unless they have a tracking number, and I'm not responsible for shipping delays on items without tracking. Canada post is NOT gaurenteeing shipping times on any of their services currently, even priority or express shipping. With shipping, you get what you pay for unfortunately!

Fufillment times vary greatly depending on what you order! Any orders containing made to order or custom items will take longer to put together. Items ordered during drops also often face a small delay, just because of the volume of orders. I've recently spiked in order volume, but I'm still only one person, so I am working as hard as I can to get everyones orders shipped quickly! Please note the estimated shipping time when ordering (ships in 1-3 days, ships in 3-5 days, etc) I really appreciate your patience!

Shop drops for figurines and new products are every other Saturday at 2pm PST, and typically sell out or mostly out in the first half hour! Please see my instagram for more information about upcoming drops, there you will find the next drop date in my bio, a countdown in my story, and pictures of what will be featured in the next drop! I also have an FAQ more specifically about shop drops pinned to my profile! If you don't see the figurine you're looking for in my shop, it's likely either not available yet, or sold out! I will also have updates on my instagram about the status of drops, which items are sold out, which ones are still available, etc. It's a good place to go for information, and the best place to get a hold of me!

If your tracking number says your package was delivered, but you can't find it, please:
-Check your doorstop and mailbox for a delivery slip from the post office
-check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to their house
-call your local post office and ask if they have it (in case the delivery slip got lost or blew away!)
If you suspect it might have been stolen, please contact your local post office and report the theft. Keep an eye on your tracking number, so you'll know when it's due to arrive! If you'll be away, make arrangements with a neighbor or the post office so it doesn't sit on your porch!
I'm responsible for making sure your package is sent off safely, but the buyer is responsible for making sure they receive it!

I’m no longer combining orders, please make sure you get everything you want together on your order! Of course if something goes wrong and you need to make another order, I can fix that for you! But etsy doesn’t allow me to actually combine peoples orders, so I was keeping track of it all manually. And once my average order queue was 100-200+ orders… it got really unmanageable really fast! Mistakes were being made and orders were not being processed properly. If etsy ever implements a feature that allows me to combine peoples orders, I will happily offer this again!
