Soul Spot Studios: Loving Nature and Animals One Painting at a Time

Thanks for stopping in. If you love the woods and the creatures living within it, you are in the company of like-minded people. I love the scents and sounds of the forest...it's my happy place without a doubt. It's where I hit the reset button and reconnect with the real stuff of life! Another of my great passions are pets. In an ode to them, I have begun offering original, pet portraits. Life doesn't get much better than painting those who give us all such comfort in these speculative times.
When I'm not in studio painting or taking in the outdoors, I can generally be found teaching English literacy skills, art and piano lessons. I feel so fortunate to do the things in life that bring me the most joy!
There is lots to discover at Soul Spot Studio. Every month, I am adding new pieces to the shop. If you have an idea for a custom order, great! Just message me with your preferences for subject matter, dimensions and colors to get the ball rolling. If you are sending photos, please send high resolution, close-ups. The more detail I can see, the better the final product will be! I am booking a couple of months in advance. Thank you for your patience,
