Over the years, I have narrowed my offerings to charms and bandanas. I experimented with chain, blanks, and gemstone focals, but I have always had success with the charms and bandanas.

About

Born/Raised in Salt Lake City. Practiced and taught Field Botany at University of Utah for 15 years, Practiced and taught Printmaking at Salt Lake Community College for 8 years. Married. Live in house on the Federal Historic Register (vintage 1909).

Upon retirement I purchased a bunch of jewelry making supplies and tools, then discovered my eyesight wasn't up to the task. This shop got it's beginnings when I started selling my accumulated supplies in 2011.

Over the years, I have narrowed my offerings to charms and bandanas. I experimented with chain, blanks, and gemstone focals, but I have always had success with the charms and bandanas.

I search the world for new and unique charms and unique bandana patterns and colors. I specialize in 3D and enamel charms. I purchase from the manufacturer whenever possible, and am currently working with four USA Foundries, and countless foundries and importers from around the world.

I have a positive review and history of shipping within 24 hours of receipt of an order, but am currently recovering from four major surgeries, so I am moving much slower and I only get a ride to the post office 3X a week. This should improve as the weeks go by. I am happy to accommodate custom orders, and help new Etsy customers through a purchase or setting up a shop. Each purchase of charms from intothewoodscharms receives a FREE GIFT.

I'm always on the lookout for new charms and keep a close eye on trends. If there is a specific character or item that you would like to see as a charm, let me know--I'll see what the foundries say. I will also help you look for bandana patterns and colors that you have seen elsewhere.

The bandanas are a pet of mine because of their bright colors. When I discovered that bandanas come in more colors than red, navy, and black, I just had to get some. I represent one USA Bandana Manufacturer and two Asian Manufacturers.

I also sell on eBay, but have found two major advantages to selling on Etsy: Lower listing costs and commissions, and a friendlier, interactive community of buyers and sellers. I'll be sticking around Etsy for a long time to come!
