I individually shape and carve each of these delicate porcelain earrings and then carefully inlay a slender tree design. Permanently fired into the clay these tree designs will not flake off. I sand the earrings after their final firing, leaving them soft to the touch.

The sterling silver earwires are attached to the organically shaped clay pieces with simple circular twists.

The porcelain piece on each earring is about 1 1/4" x 1/2" and only 1/8" thick. The length of the wire is 1" from ear to clay piece.

These elegant earrings come gift wrapped in a padded box.

A simple circle that's not so simple. Textured and earthy with a punch or two of turquoise, this necklace is a nod to the trendy circle necklaces seen all over these days, but with the dorijenn spin. The "O" in this case is a large Ring O' Links! Lots of base metal links cover a thin ring that is about 1-1/4 inches in diameter (3-1/4 cm). In contrast, a mini Ring O' Links is used as the bail, through which flows a sparkly delicate silver toned ball chain. The necklace is about 16 inches with a small sterling extender. Sterling spring clasp.

Approximately 3.25” (8.5cm) long x 1.75” (4cm) wide, mounted on silver plated bobby pins.

Also available in shorter standard black bobby pins. By default they will be made with the silver bobby pins, so if you would like them in black, please mention it in the Message to Seller field during checkout.

I display my accessories on a mannequin to keep everything clean and sanitary. Accessories come from a smoke-free home.

Kanzashi are either ready to ship, or made to order within 24 hours. For kanzashi that use a patterned fabric, the placement of the pattern may differ from piece to piece. In every other aspect, the kanzashi will be the same or nearly identical to the one pictured. Unless otherwise noted, your kanzashi will ship within 48 hours (weekend/holidays excluded).

As with all items you see online, please be aware that your monitor may display the color slightly differently. I color match the photo you see to the actual kanzashi as closely as possible, but some slight variation may occur. If you have any questions about the color, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will try to clarify as much as possible.

Each kanzashi features many hand-folded petals made from carefully prepared and cut silk and Japanese fabrics. I starch the fabric and apply fray protector to the edges to prolong wear. Much care goes into each kanzashi, I hope you will enjoy :)

---Gift wrapping information---

At this time I do not offer special gift wrapping services. However, I do package each order in a simple but tasteful manner. Regularly sized kanzashi are packaged in kraft gift boxes with organza ribbon, while long/irregularly sized kanzashi are packaged in decorative organza gift bags. Each order is then padded in decorative tissue for safe-keeping. If you would like a short message included in your order, please let me know in the “Message to Seller” field, or convo me, and I will include it for you.

This little guy won't bite, though he does have scarey metal teeth! I made this guy out of a recycled upholstery swatch. He stacked buttons for eyes and a recycled metal zipper for a mouth. I gave him a little felt tongue, but don't worry, it won't get stuck in his teeth. He measures 3.5"x3.25".
