Shipping took a really long time . . . about a month. Eventually seller got back to me and apologized profusely and even refunded. I am hesitant to give a neutral as I recommend due to quality of felted product, but had some difficulties with non-communication on the late shipping. |

Email as well as Etsy conversation went unanswered until today only after letting her know I would be reporting her to Etsy and Paypal. Seller claims to be sending it today asap-didn't I already pay for priority? Be very careful with this seller.... |

I contacted seller for shipping information and have received no response. I have contacted Esty to secure a refund due to seller not shipping paid item. I do not recommend buying from this seller. |
