This seller advertised this soap as available in inventory when in actuality it was not available. I should have cancelled the order at this point but needed it for a birthday present in December. Since I was ordering it in OCTOBER (!) I decided to wait until the item was available (supposedly in three weeks). When the item was available it was shipped not to my ETSY address but to an old PayPal address.
Short story...I've not received the item and the seller is not interested in customer service at all. Rather than fulfilling my order (sending it to the address I provided at the time of my order) OR giving me a refund. This attitude is not in the spirit of ESTY...as I'm left without a birthday gift AND am out a total of $13 AND am not at all a satisfied customer.
It's really too bad that someone can be so short sighted and choose to forfeit repeat and new business for the sake of her mistake.
I tried to resolve this with PayPal and the seller is determined NOT to do the right thing by way of satisfying customers...too bad really...I wonder if there ever was any Nag Champa soap...I guess I'll never know. |
