TERRIBLE communication. This item was somehow "lost" in the mail. I tried contacting the seller many times and with delayed responses, failed to resend a new item. I asked for the status update and seller sent me a payment through paypal without issuing a refund, meaning it charged me fees. I got back LESS than what I paid for. It's a true shame as I was really looking forward to this ring. It was not my fault I didn't receive the order. Seller needs to be more compassionate with lost items and other negative shipping situations. Sad sad transaction.
