I hate having to do this, but it's the only thing I can do. I purchased this item on Jan 17 and sent you an e-mail on Feb 5 and Feb 10 asking the status. I received no response to either e-mail. I would love to be able to work this out, but I can't do that when you don't contact me. I have reported this transaction with Etsy and filed a claim with Paypal. You have my money, and I don't have my item. I am sincerely disappointed in this transaction and I will not be doing business with you again. |
