The seller had some issues with her paypal, which is completely understandable, but I wish communication regarding these had been more prompt. I ordered the item on 9/18 and by 9/24 decided to email her. Five days later I finally heard back about what was causing the delay.
I did receive the item only a few days later, for which I'm grateful. However, I was disappointed with the product when it arrived. The design is adorable, but the cover paper was bent and peeling away from the backing, which I had to repair, and the design had been applied to the front and back covers upside down so that the lined paper is facing the wrong way inside.
I hate giving negative ratings, but I was pretty disappointed with this experience overall. |
