EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! emailed several times, finally got a response A MONTH LATER telling me the item is NOW shipped! AND THE ITEM STILL ISN'T HERE!!! seller was apologetic but this is unacceptable!!! its been 2 MONTHS!!! PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!! had to go through paypal to get my money back!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
cute bag. The design was a bit skew, but i still love it! The only concern i had was the mailing and contact. With the technology we have today,it's shouldn't take over a month to get! Service slower than the pony express. but, i adore the bag, and got in contact with the seller eventually. thanks!
