I am sooo disapointed to have to write this feedback. It seems she is closing shop so it may not matter. I bought soap on May 24th and still to this date, Aug 13th, I have not received anything but many many excuses. I have been verrrry patient and listend to every excuse in hopes that it would come soon but no such luck. I do not know what to do at this point. She has communicated with me very well which is great and all but I would really just like to have my hard earned money back. Good luck to you and please send my refund so I can buy other soap for my family. |

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I tried to make it a good one, but alas, two months wait for 5 mini-baggies of detergent is just too long a wait, and too many excuses abounded with promises and offers not kept. I also felt that the $8.95 box was unnecessary...it could have EASILY been placed in a $2.80 priority envelope because the baggies were so small and half-full. No matter now, her shop is closed, but I was sorry to have this experience on Etsy, when I have had SUCH wonderful ones otherwise. I do wish her well in her endeavor, it's a wonderful thing she's making earth-friendly detergent. |

Ordered product on 4/15/07 and still haven't received product. Have received multiple "reasons" (order received in large batch, seller injured and unable to process, theft at local post office, spouse injured). Most recent contact has resulted in no response. I'm only out $14 and I can afford that but will never, ever buy from this seller, and recommend others not patronize either. |

Ordered on April 2nd, it's May 30th, and I STILL have not received this. There's no excuse for an almost nine-week wait. Haven't received a response to my most recent inquiry. Going on a honeymoon in four days, out of laundry detergent, pile of dirty clothes in the hamper. Not thrilled about having to go get store brand detergent to get me through when I should have had this six weeks ago. As sweet a person as the seller is, I cannot leave good or even neutral feedback at this point. |
