Purchased item on 12/1 for a Christmas gift. Never heard from seller, I contact him with no response. I finally recd it on the 19th, very poor quality and the wrong color. I contact him again, he says he will send it out that night(20th). I finally contact him on Jan 2nd, no response again. I recd it again on the 9th. Again, VERY poor quality and AGAIN the wrong color. His excuse is he is a one man operation...as many of us are. He says he will just refund my account. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to see that! In the end poor communication, poor quality of product and poor customer service= poor seller! |

I ordered 2 patches on the 20th of December, they had not been listed as sent a week later so i contacted the seller, twice (no reply). I finally received them in the mail on the 12th of January. One of the patches was not the color I specified. Attempted to contact the seller, again no reply (surprise surprise). |
