Finally after two months I received my yarn. Funny no contact from the seller, telling me to expect it or letting me know how sorry she was for taking so long to ship it. All that was in the package was a post-it note explaining how she had this yarn on Etsy for over 1 year and had a hard time selling it. She did give me an extra skein to "I guess" make up for the failure to ship but the lack of communication still leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. |

Not the best customer service: no confirmation or acknowlegement of purchase and delay in shipment. I was, after complaining, notified when yarn was shipped. To make up for the delay and poor communication, she included a free skein of yarn with my order. Both are absolutely gorgeous in color, texture,and twist. She would generate alot of business through word of mouth (especially on Ravelry!) if her customer service was better. |

The roving is gorgeous. Totally gorgeous. One caveat--it did take over two months to receive due to some personal issues the seller had. Communication was sporadic. Some other buyers have reported similar problems, and usually that would be enough for me to leave negative feedback, but once things were resolved, they were resolved beautifully. I wouldn't hesistate to order again, but might consider convo'ing the seller first to confirm shipping expectations. Again: GORGEOUS roving. |

I am really reluctant to leave negative feedback but in over a month I have had no fiber or contact from the seller.Sadly it has now escalated to a paypal dispute.I am very understanding but no contact in spite of activity in the shop since my purchase does not give me confidence that I will ever get my fiber. |

Okay I have waited over a month and a half. When I didn't receive the yarn by the end of November I asked and was told it was shipping out the first week of December. OK now here it is January and no yarn. This seller hasn't responded to my emails and etsy's. Previous buyers have mentioned about her lack of shipping, but when they received the yarn they were happy. I can't say the same as I have no correspondence or yarn. |

Well, I was so pissy about it taking so long (seller was out of town the week i bought the yarn)...but the beautiful colorway & the very pretty little "extra" she sent made my attitude change instantly.
