Marinkel is prompt with communication, understanding, and the artwork is superb. The photo I purchased arrived in a bent condition, despite an attempt to reinforce the envelope. I wrote to the artist asking them to address the situation, and I got a response the next day. Within a couple of weeks I was sent a replacement photo, with no additional charge. I hope to take a photo showcasing Marinkel's work on my wall and adding it as a "customer appreciation picture" soon. Highly recommended. |
