Seller was very slow to communicate with me about problems with shipment. Item never arrived, and seller issued a refund - without convoing me on Etsy. I almost missed the refund notice in my email spamblocker. Transaction was not handled in a professional manner. Use caution when deciding whether or not to purchase items from claywizard.
