I ordered a lampshade on October 30. I wrote to the vendor on November 14 just to see if they would let me know when it shipped. On December 4, after not having heard from the seller even once, I wrote again asking them either to cancel my order completely (granting me a refund) or else to send me information regarding my order. It is now December 12 and I still have not hear anything from this seller. No refunds. No product delivered. Complete silence. This is a sham! I want my $40 back! |
