Possibly the worst experience ever. Contacted 4/16 for a custom order, but didn't purchase it for 2 weeks. When buyer was contacted about one item being out of stock, they didn't respond for another 2+ weeks, then accused me of lying about contacting them. I emailed & convo'd them EIGHT TIMES before sending them additional quantities of other items they ordered. When she said she no longer wanted ANY of the items, I told her she could send them back, within a timely manner. Buyer then filed an Etsy complaint, claiming she hadn't received ANYTHING. Buyer blames her lack of planning & follow-through on others. |
