Very difficult seller. Item was defective, very stained, and even after agreeing to allow me to return the item for refund (confirmed via convo), she said I mailed without her permission! Thank goodness I had written documentation. Then she kept the blouse and my money until I filed an abuse report with both paypal and etsy. Very unprofessional and would never recommend her. I buy a lot for my boutique from other etsy artists, and this has been my only bad experience. |
