The seller was very responsive to my special requests. I mentioned that my mother's 91st birthday was in less than a week. The seller took it upon herself to send the gift priorty mail at her own expense, so the gift was received in time for my mother's birthday. My mother was very pleased with the lavender scented pillow, especially since her mother's name was Daisy. My mother was a little down because her health is failing, but the pillow helped make her day a better one.
