I purchased two orders of the sponge soap. However, the seller informed me that there was a problem with one of the soaps. She offered to refund my money or send some other soaps instead. I chose for her to send some soap bars. She send about five bars with a variety of scents. I am very pleased with the outcome. I received my order within two weeks. |

I ordered the froggy sponge for Christmas. I was notified by the seller that there was an unfortunate mishap. She offered to refund my money, or she could send some soap. I received about five bars with different scents. They are all very pleasing aromas. My favorite is euphoria. I am satisfied with the compromise. I received my soaps in about two weeks. |
