Service at the initial transaction was great - confirmed shipping address & personalized message to be included with item. However, delivery took quite a while, and I never got a response to the follow-up convo I started. Checked with the recipient today and he received the item only yesterday. Good thing it wasn't time-sensitive! If I'd given it as a birthday/holiday gift I'd have probably left negative feedback. Ultimately, however, the item got where it was going, so... there you go.
