Tiffany has now closed her shop so this feedback is somewhat redundant, but I wanted to commend her for following through on her commitment to refund me. I was worried since I saw lots of negative feedback a short while after I paid for my item. It was hard to believe her when she siad she would be issuing me a refund. But Tiffany has proven herself to be a person of integrity and did indeed refund me a few weeks later. Thank you. |

I have always had good service from this company, but this time the customer never received the merchandise. The company has since closed and I am hoping that I receive a refund. |

I ordered this item over a month ago....it took a long time for it to arrive and when it did it had no lips at which time I contacted seller and told of my situation and was told I would get the lips in the mail to iron on myself...its 19 days later and nothing.... |

I never received the item and I haven't received a refund. This was supposed to be a halloween costume and I had to scramble last minute. This is very sad to me, seemed like a nice seller but I can't recommend her at all. |

i too havent not recieved the item. i got an email confirmation with a tracking number that does not work. i havent not recieved a refund of any kind. my son did not have a costume for his halloween and now it looks like he wont have it for his party either. the seller has closed her shop. i have filed a claim with etsy about this. |

paid for item on the 19th and still did not get anything in time for halloween as promised. Only a trcking number was given but item looks like it was never sent out. still waiting for a refund but have not recieved anything yet. seller stated the item was sent out but until this date have not recieved anything which makes it look like the item never even was actually shipped. Very disappointed because it was for my sons birthday party. honesty would have been appreciated. |

Very disappointing! Left day before party with no costume that was ordered more than a month ago!! This is not acceptable business practice. I don't believe it was even sent. The tracking number was not correct and I was not contacted about shipping issue...or lack of....very disappointed |
