I created a reserved listing over one month ago for this customer, after numerous convos discussing the items and what she wanted. This listing was "purchased" over 3 weeks ago, but never paid for. I have communicated via convo many times since with little response. I finally received a reply that items would be paid for by sept 10th. I have patiently waited a week since then and sent another convo with no response. I SPECIAL ORDERED a notebook for this customer and created a custom screenprinted notebook! I went ahead and purchased the materials for this and made the notebook, so I guess this should be a lesson to me not to work on custom orders until payment is received!
