You won't believe how much it pains me to send this feedback as negative. I have waited more than 3 months (since Aug. 27, 2009) for this piece and nothing. I haven't even heard one peep from JamieNoel through either the etsy convo system or through her email address. I am a very patient person, but this has just gotten ridiculous. I am out $82. I don't know about you, but I could sure use that $82 instead of just throwing it away for nothing in return. This is a system that will only work through good faith. I have acted in good faith that JamieNoel would live up to her end of the obligation she has put out there that she would *simply* by having a store on Etsy. I have read through the other feedback that apparently her husband was sick, but it seems that she got back to them within 2 months. I have waited 3. Please JamieNoel, just send me this piece. I have given you every opportunity to just send me word of when it would be in the mail. And I don't understand how you can be so silent for so long. Buy from JamieNoel at your own risk. |

What more can I say about Jamie Noel's fantastic jewelry?
...A LOT!!!
Her workmanship is without a doubt the best I've ever seen. What absolutely floors me is the consistency with which Jamie puts out such impeccable craftsmanship. I can see from all Jamie's other comments here that she never sends out anything but her very best. That is a pretty unbelievable track record. (Yes I did see a few complaints about late shipments and I hope these customers are just as diligent to report back when Jamie addressed their problem as they were to report it in the first place.) I am a business owner and my colleagues say I am like Simon on American Idol. I don't give praise easily but when I do they know they can trust it. The fact that I have spent my very limited time to leave these comments for Jamie's work speaks volumes.(You owe me Jamie, I hoard my precious time!) |

My girlfriend bought me this necklace for my birthday and confessed to me that she almost kept it for herself! I'm getting one for her now so she won't try to steal mine! I cannot put into words how outstanding Jamie's work is. First off her packaging and presentation are top notch. Maybe not important to some, but I own my own boutique so I notice these things. (Jamie, it's time to do wholesale! I will keep after you!) Next this order was late as some have mentioned previously, but Jamie's customer service in making up for this was overkill. My only complaint is she's going to make other business's, (like mine), look bad! She actually sent my friend another item from her shop and not the $20 Zoltar cards,( which is what we expected ), ANOTHER PIECE OF HER JEWELRY! Thank you Jamie, because I think without that extra gift Sharon would have kept my birthday Zoltar. Now I am torn between telling everyone I know about this extremeley creative artist or keeping her my secret. I know very soon this gal is going to be big and unless she can clone herself it will be impossible to keep these brilliant creations in stock. Bravo Jamie! -From one very hard to impress customer! |

I finally received my necklace and it's very pretty. It took a very long time to get and a lot of emails, but I do love it. Jamie apologized for the delay and made it up to me. Talented artist, just had a few personal things going on at the time I ordered. |

Jamie Noel's items are fabulous - a work of art. Jamie has some serious health issues in her family and that is why it took so long for me to receive my item(s) and why there was no feedback. Serious issues (health and otherwise) can happen to any of us at any time - Jamie tells me things are good in her world now and she has gone out of her way to make sure everything is good in mine. She is back -- and that's awesome .. and I am so glad that the stuff that took her away is good now. She is going out of her way to apologize to people ....and make things right. Good for her!! I will be back to buy more things from this lovely artist!

I'm sure that this neutral feedback would be positive feedback if only it would arrive. Jamie's work is fantastic, but not knowing if you will actually receive what you paid for is not fantastic. I purchased this on April 16, 2009 but it has not arrived. I did receive some earrings that I purchased on that same date but still haven't received an answer to my emails about where and when I can expect this. I'm fine with cancelling the purchase for a refund or following through with the purchase if I can get the necklace in the next week. I can attest to the artist's outstanding work.I've given her positive feedback on the two things I've received. I can also attest to her very poor record of fulfillment and response. If you are lucky enough to actually receive her work, you'll love it. But if you want or need to have your item for a gift or special occasion, I would caution you from buying from her. It's a dilemma for sure. |

OK everyone...I really hate to do this feedback..I have sent Jamie over 40 emails asking where my cards are I purchased..there is never a reply but once on the shipping of them, and she stated the label only printed half of the address..that was 3 weeks ago..still nothing..I have sent so many emails I had to contact Etsy on what in the world is going on here...I also received a broken piece from Jamie, and she will not respond to me to replace it, nothing...I think the sellers items would be fantastic if you could get them from her, and if she would answer the emails....I am SO frustrated I had to call my bank as well....I really do not like leaving neutral feedback as that is negative, and I have cried over this...I have NEVER had such problems with one seller ever...I "would not" recommend shopping here as you will not get your item, and the seller will not respond to messages..she states she is having problems with the Etsy messages, and that is not the case according to Etsy..it is fine...also I have her direct email, and she will still not respond.....I am sorry everyone....Do not shop here. It is just not worth it..I am so sorry. |

The earrings arrived and are very fun. I particularly like it that both the back and the front are artful, interesting, and INTRIGUEING! The box was marked one out of 2 and I'm hoping that the Bathing Beauty in Cabana Necklace was not sent at the same time and lost? Am looking forward to receiving it soon! |
