Not only did Joanna make me a great, custom neckpiece, but she was a pleasure to do business with; I had quite a few questions and she was quick with helpful responses. She was open to my ideas but didn't mind making suggestions either. Once we had decided on something, she was able to put it together and send it very quickly.
