1) the product itself is gorgeous and came very nicely packaged, 2) she was very conscientious about contacting me with questions about sizing, 3) the envelope smelled SO GOOD when it came b/c she included little tea candles. All in all, this was a fantastic Etsy experience, and I've had a lot of good ones.
