The "Beltane" print was beautiful, arrived just as promised, and a heartwarming Mother's Day gift, but that was hardly the beginning of a wonderful customer experience. Carri Travis personally called me and e-mailed me to confirm my address after included special instructions to ship to my mother. Just to make sure the print got to my mother's house on time for Mother's Day, she upgraded shipping at no extra cost. She also personalized the print with a small note just as I had requested. Overall, I can't recommend this talented, honest artist enough.
