I ordered this tea one month ago. After two weeks had gone by I got an email explaining why my tea had not been sent (none of which were valid reasons in my opinion, and I don't believe the post office "lost everything sent out that day.") I was promised overnight or two day delivery. One week after that I still didn't have my tea. Again I was promised express delivery and was told I should receive it before Christmas. I finally did receive it (after Christmas) but I can see on the label it was sent priority mail, not express. No tea is worth this hassle! I see the person below me didn't even receive what she ordered...to me that is unacceptable. I will never order from Felicitea again. |

Took a month to get here.But it made it here and its nice.I'm a little sad I didnt get the jasmine teas since i ordered the jasmine set, but i promised a positive review if delivered before christmas.I wont be ordering again though. |

I ordered this on November 24th and have not received it as of Dec. 13th. The seller responded to my first inquiry about the tea and said it was returned to her since she addressed it incorrectly. I have since sent numerous messages and have gotten little or no response, and no sign that I will ever receive my tea. |
