I paid a 25.00 design fee to this seller for a invite that was supposed to be custom. When I recieved it looked like it was made out of construction paper, the backing was literally falling off as if it had been glued on with a gluestick, and my parents last name was mispelled after I had requested that she change it. This seller will not refund my money and when I asked her to she never replied to my e-mail. I am very unhappy with this which forces me to leave this comment. Otherwise, had I gotten my money back I would have left the negative criticism off, although the quality of the invite was in fact unprofessional. |
