I made my purchase on Nov. 5th, it is now Nov. 30th & I have not received my item. I have tried numerous times by phone & e-mail to get a hold of Sarah Everettson with no answer or reply. I have had to have Etsy contact her. |

I had shipping problems and in the end, my purchase never came but seller was very helpful, sending out a second parcel and promptly giving a refund even when that failed too. It is a shame things did not work out as hoped but I am left with gratitude how my case was handled, and wish best of luck to her. Thanks for the effort, very much. |

I never received the necklace and unfortunately, I requested my money back from Pay Pal. Seller did not contact me after return to advise what happened to the product. Did the Post office eat it up...did Customs keep it? Dissapointed. |
