Paid for them on 10/6. Got a note saying they would ship the next day. Got a note three weeks later saying that they would ship the next day. Emailed two weeks later asking for status update. No response so I initiated PayPal dispute. PayPal sent me this:
Hello Ben Kaupp,
After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.
We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds
from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.
So thanks for the $12 lesson in honesty! |
