I wish I could wear this dress everyday, the only problem is that its a very memorable dress! When I wore it didnt escape notice or mention. It is a highly coveted piece. The whimsy of the birds print with the chiffon layers made it edgy without being too sweet. I wore it with a leather jacket and booties and it was perfect. Great construction just superb design and execution. My favorite dress ever :) |

I bought this dress for a wedding and I know this may sound terrible but I got more compliments than the bride. Its just such a unique concoction and so feminine. The dress is couture quality, so well made it fit me like a glove. I danced all night without a worry. Love this dress! |

Thank you so much for rushing my dress to me, I love it and got compliments all night, the color is so pretty and the fabric so soft. It is beyond lovely. I think I might hang it up in my room where I can see it, instead of my closet. It just makes me smile and will remind me of my fabulous night full of compliments. My hat is off to the seller who is so professional and kind to work with, My dress was more than I had hoped for, better than the pic and came sooner than I expected. I am looking forward to the arrival of my next stunning creation that I ordered today. I am so excited, thank you again Sarah. |

BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM SARAH AND READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS, because their experience has been the same as mine, along with a few other people who couldn’t leave feedback before the 90 day period that Etsy allows (if you are wondering why there are so few bad reviews, its because Sarah takes so long with her orders and marks them sent when they have not been sent, thereby negating the 90 day feedback limit). As some of the other reviews mention, perhaps she is overwhelmed by the volume of her business (because the designs themselves are adorable), but the quality of her work is unbelievably poor and her service is even worse.
I ordered a skirt and shirt on June 17th. I emailed Sara several times to find out whether she had received the order and how long it would take (I was getting the outfit for a good friends wedding and I needed it by September 1). Each correspondence took 2 emails from me to get a response. She said the outfit would be ready by early to mid-August. By August 17th I wondered where the package was. I emailed, no response, emailed again a week later and finally got a response from her telling me that she was surprised I hadn’t gotten the item and that she must have sent it to someone else. She said she happened to have another of the same outfit that she would be able to send the next day.
I received the item on August 29th. I was so excited that it finally came, but when I opened the box I was extremely disappointed. THE SKIRT WAS VERY POORLY MADE. SEAMS DIDN’T MATCH, THE RUFFLE WAS SEWN IN AN UNEVEN WAY AND THE TOP WOULD NOT EVEN FIT OVER MY HEAD (EVEN THOUGH I GAVE HER MY EXACT MEASUREMENTS)! I contacted Sara the next day to complain, and asked for my money back. I had to email her several times in order to get a response, and she said she would take the item back and refund my money. After a few more emails trying to get her address, she finally sent the address and refunded my money. I'm glad to have this resolved and pleased that she was willing to refund the money. The whole experience really soured me on Etsy and its truly a shame. |

I was very disappointed with my whole experience with Sarah. It started out with her taking almost two months to get me samples. That really was not a big deal to me but when I emailed her many times to see if my dress would be ready when I needed it took her a VERY long time to get back to me. This dress was my wedding dress which she knew. When the dress was ready she FORGOT to send it to me. She told me that she would send it right away(which could have been the next day) but did not send it until three days later. How can you do something like that. Still all I really cared about was the dress. As long as it blew me away I didn't care. My dress came in bubble wrap and a fed ex bag..very professional. The overall look of the dress is beautiful(what you see in the picture). The craftsmanship is not. I could go into any boutique and find a dress for the same price or less and the craftsmanship would be so much better. I really could not believe it. The zipper is half exposed, there are pieces in the front that are not symmetrical with the other side,there is a pull at the back (maybe a box like any store would deliver it in would help). I hate that I have to write a review like this but I thought that I would like to know these things (especially for someone looking to order a wedding dress). Maybe Sarah has taken on to much lately. Because her past reviews were very good. Or maybe its because of the work I see in NYC. The craftsmanship in far below anything you would find here. |
