I wanted to follow up with you regarding the email you sent me about giving a malicious, harsh review to your shop. The review I gave was accurate. I was honest and I did not embellish or exaggerate the circumstances. I know that you felt the situation was out of your control. But, I feel that you could have done more to ensure that my experience was a good one, by just adding a shipping number to the scarf that you had shipped to me. I still love that scarf by the way and would love to get it if you ever receive more! But, I just wanted to make you aware that I had absolutely no intention to be malicious and I would order again from you if I saw something that I wanted. Good luck and continued success to you! |
