Melissa left a negative feedback with absolutely ridiculous intentions. She ordered a blog design and pick ten design on August 22th. From Aug 22th until this supposed "gave up" date of Oct. 22nd, I was awaiting communication from her for an accumulated total of 20 days. I have not heard from Melissa since Oct. 12th regarding the blog design when I asked for the rest of the blog information she failed to supply me with on the design questionnaire I sent to her in the beginning of this project.
To date, I have STILL not received the answers to the "pick ten" questionnaire. This process has dragged on due to her lack of communication and not providing me with the necessary info I needed.
If you need extra days to fill out the questionnaire or provide feedback regarding the drafts and revisions, no problem. But this will slow down the process. I keep a very full and busy schedule and lack of communication will push you to the end of the queue.
I admit there was a delay of a FEW days with presenting the first draft but Melissa received all drafts and revisions within my stated turnaround times in my shop policies.
These projects could have been done within 4 weeks if I received ALL the info I needed in the beginning and if she didn't let so many days pass before responding to me.

I still have yet to receive the answers back from the "pick ten" questionnaire. Eleven days after requesting the additional info for the blog she told me on Oct. 23rd she would be sending me the info for pick ten although I had not received the rest of the blog info yet. Still waiting on both! |
