Terrible communication and SLOW shipping! I made my purchase on 8/24, requested a tracking number on 8/27. Seller got back to me on 8/28 stating that the item had been shipped that morning and she would get me a tracking number when she got home from work that day. On 8/29 I asked her again if she'd gotten the tracking number and she responded on 9/1 that she had just shipped my item THAT DAY and provided me with a bogus tracking number that didn't work. I received my item on 9/3 and was surprised to discover that it was not the item pictured that I paid for - not even close! The ears weren't even the same color. I sent her a message telling her that I didn't want to give her a negative review but with all the problems before actually receiving my item I wasn't sure I had much of a choice. She somehow managed to get back to me that day and told me she'd make it all better and ship me out a new item from her store - my choice. I made my selection the next day 9/4. On 9/6 I asked for an update on the shipment of this item and requested a tracking number. The next day, 9/7 she informed me that she'd been busy and that she'd do her best to get it shipped out tomorrow (which would be 9/8). Considering it only took 2-3 days to get to me last time I imagine I should have received it by now being that it's already been over a week and a half since she was supposed to ship it out. Do NOT expect to get the item pictured when you pay for your stuff. Do NOT expect to get it shipped out in a timely matter and if for some reason anything goes wrong in your transaction as it did with mine - do NOT expect her to do much to fix it besides leaving you hanging for several weeks. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I will not be buying from her again. |

I am REALLY pleased with my order; the item is beautiful. There was a small issue with shipping, but Amy resolved it quickly and added a free onsie to my order... yet again, everything was beautiful, and she was very helpful. I'll be ordering from her again! |
